About Dr. Azvina Mehta, ND


Dr. Azvina takes the time to deeply listen to her patients’ concerns and understand patterns to get to the root cause of their “dis-eased” state. Her unique approach to health addresses the mental, emotional and physical aspects of each individual to help achieve an authentic sense of well-being.

Dr. Azvina focuses on healing patients through an integrated whole-body medicine approach by combining ancient wisdom with modern scientific knowledge. In her general family practice she treats a wide variety of conditions including by not limited to:

Dr. Azvina is a Naturopathic Doctor and a Registered Nurse. She graduated from McMaster University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2009. Throughout her nursing career she has had the privilege of caring for patients of different ages and medical conditions including pediatrics, internal medicine, surgery, mental health, geriatrics and so forth.

Dr. Azvina then went on to pursue her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, graduating in 2016. She has gained a unique set of knowledge, skills, and experience  in wellness, medicine, and healing over the past 12 years. Her mission as a Naturopathic Doctor is to empower patients on their healing journey to create a path that frees them to live a life they love.
