The initial consult will be 2 hours long where we gather information related to your present concerns, health history, reviewing blood work, labs, and other diagnostics to create a picture of what is going on with your health. During this appointment initial suggestions will be made related to diet, life style, homeopathic remedies, nutrition, herbs.

The follow up consult ranges in time from 30min-1 hour. During these appointments we will get to understand how well you are progressing on your journey to healing. Treatments will be re-assessed and adjusted if needed.
